About me
I was always an outdoors kid. Rain or shine we were outside. Whether it was up a tree, covered in mud or exploring the surrounding fields (usually bearing big sticks like some Protective tribe) we were outside, and thats all that mattered
As I got older I swapped the climbing trees for Sports. Skateboarding, Surfing, Bodyboarding, cliff jumping, BMXing
I spent my 20s abroad living in countries such as France, Greece, Egypt, Austria teaching people how to windsurf in the summer and then snowboarding all winter. During those years I briefly documented my adventures with a semi waterproof bridge camera my mum bought me. I really enjoyed taking photos, but that was that . . . take a photo and back to windsurfing
It wasn’t until I got my first smartphone with a camera built in back in 2014 (yes I was 29 when that happened) that I started to realise I enjoyed taking pictures more than I realised
Fast foreward to present day and I rarely leave home without my camera or drone (much to the annoyance of Liv)
